Kim Van Esbroeck was named Country Head for Belgium in June 2020. In this role, she leads Aion Bank’s retail business in Belgium, as well as its Banking-as–a-Service efforts across BeNeLux and Southern Europe. Kim is a veteran of the financial services and card payment industries with more than 20 years of experience and has held executive roles in management, operations, business development and marketing. Prior to Aion Bank, Kim spent seven years at Bancontact Company, serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, before being named CEO.
